Communication
We believe in team feedback and our system allows for a communication link between our field managers and our field interviewers. Our devices are equipped with cellular LTE capabilities which enable the immediate transfer of completed interviews and the ability to communicate with our field staff. Clear objectives and feedback are crucial to a successful project.
Silent Recording
Audio recording of interviews, in full or in part, enable our quality control managers to “listen in” , monitor interviews , and spot any discrepancies in the interviewing technique and in the transcribing of open-end verbatim answers.
GPS Capturing
GPS location is captured for every interview and verified within studies specifications. Our quality control manager can confirm exactly who did what, when and where.
Length of Interview
The interview length is recorded and compared to the study average. Reviewing the duration allows us to quickly spot interviews that do not meet the expected questionnaire length.
Quota Control
Quotas are programmed to follow study requirements and are closely monitored at all times.
Verification and Monitoring
We strive for 100% verification based on the above procedures. Surveys requiring clarification are sent back to the interviewers for review.
