We have access to a variety of mall locations in several cities across Canada.
Our mall locations are equipped for Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) and have Internet access. As well, some of our locations have access to full kitchen facilities.
In addition, we have the tools to offer web based interviewing. This allows us to speed up mall interviewing timelines and offer study data in real-time. Password protected marginals, open end verbatim and custom reports can be accessed by our clients via the Internet.

We understand the importance of delivering reliable, cost effective and timely data.
Our in-house systems and mall procedures have been designed to reflect this. We are committed to the accuracy and completeness of answers, correct probing and clarifying methods, courtesy to respondents, and attention to confidentiality.Each survey is pre-tested by our trained staff.
Full briefings and practice interviews are conducted prior to your survey startup. Before the actual interview begins, all respondents are re-screened by our supervisors, to ensure all client qualifications have been met.Ongoing monitoring and validations maintain our high quality field staff.
Upon passing an initial screening process, our interviewers undergo extensive training. Ongoing instructional workshops are held to review procedures and techniques. Our supervisors also receive in-depth training and apply these techniques as each shift of interviewers are monitored. We monitor each interviewer's job performance closely and job evaluations are held semi-annually. Supervisors also give interviewing staff regular feedback on their job performance. We observe and listen carefully to interviews in progress. In addition at least 15% of each interviewer's work is monitored and validated.
